Take exit 407 and turn South onto Hwy 66 (Winfield Dunn Parkway) towards Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Continue South on Hwy 66 for approximately 12.5 miles until you come to Traffic Light #1 in Pigeon Forge (you will pass the upside down building, WonderWorks, on your right at Traffic Light #0). Continue to Traffic Light #1 and turn right onto Henderson Chapel Road. The Music Road Hotel is located at 303 Henderson Chapel Road approximately 100 yds on the right.
